We have a 30 day exchange policy. Before returning any items you must contact us at 1-775-729-2515. Any items returned must be sent back prepaid in the same condition as when originally shipped. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All communicatons, email, phone, fax, letter, mailings or any other form must contain an order number. Due to recent events we must insist that this be followed without deviation. Items must be returned before any further exchange can be made.

Call ahead if arriving past 8 PM to 1-775-729-2515. To cancel your reservations for rooms or RV spaces, we require a 24 hour advance notice or we will have to charge you the full amount. There are only a few rooms and we must enforce this policy so that we do not turn away a paying customer. Please call us at 1-775-729-2515 should you need assistance or have any questions regarding this policy.

We allow only the use of one coupon per order at the time of checkout only. You must enter the coupon code during the checkout process in the provided area. Do to recent events we must insist that this be followed or we cannot give the discount. Should you decide you want to use a second coupon then it requires doing a second purchase. Most coupons will not be allowed for in store sale items or heavily discounted quantity purchases. Coupon usage is not allow on lodging, however, if combined with other items they will except coupon codes, just no discount is given on the lodging portion of your order. Any questions please email us and we will address the situation accordingly.

All communicatons, email, phone, fax, letter, mailings or any other form must contain, when applicable, an order number. This will assist us in being able to more quickly and easily supply you with any needed information.

Fraud Placing an order without the intent of payment or using any illegal means of trying to obtain merchandise will be turned over to the proper authorities and handled in accordance with any and all local, state, and federal laws.

Prices and Pictures
We will make every attempt humanly possible to ensure that product prices and pictures represent the product as closely as is possible, and that prices are the actual price. At times the pictures are only a representation of the actual item and do not reflect the actual look, shape, form, or style that is depicted, and substitute items may be provided. In any event we shall not be held liable for any misrepresentations due to price or exactness of depicted items. Mistakes do happen and we ask for your assistance in correcting wrong pricings or items that are not truly representative of the item in which you are purchasing. We are happy to work with anyone on resolving in such issues in a manner that is satisfactory to all parties. Please note that the Lodging photos for RVs and Rooms are just representative in nature, not actual depictions. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in this area.

First and foremost, we do not post, link to, or advertise with any intent to sites that use pornography, whether it be adult, child, or any other type or nature. This also applies to internet drug sales, pharmacies, or any illegal means or methods that appear on the internet.

We make every attempt at removing any and all links, postings, reviews, or references to such sites, as well as ban their ip addresses, and the person who posted such information. You understand that by using this site, or any services provided on this site, you may encounter content that may be deemed by some to be offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and said content may or may not be identified as such. Please notify us of any situation that may arise on our site that may cause you concern. We will do our level best to ensure this site remains available to all age groups. You agree to use the site and any service at your sole risk and that Little A’Le’Inn shall have no liability to you for any content that may be deemed inappropriate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable.

If you post any sexually explicit material, post any profanity, or any other types of objectionable, offensive, or indecent material, allowed by law or not, we shall remove it or report it to the authorities for prosecution to the fullest extent of the laws. We do not allow spamming of our forums, reviews, or any other method by which you may submit material or comment to this site.

We do not spam others and will not tolerate spamming.
