Ralph Ring is a Natural Scientist and a Creative Technician who in the late 1950's and early 1960's worked together with Otis T Carr (A Prodigy of Nikola Tesla) and a team of dedicated Scientist on and with Alternative Technologies, one of which was Teleportation. He was One of three to pilot a Man Made Spaceship.
His Dream since birth has and is to produce Levitation Homes, Cities, and Countries.
His talk's on raising Consciousness and Natural Law have enabled people to see the Simplicities of All things thereby bringing his dreams to a closer reality.

Ralph Ring, once employed by a government funded research project and his job was to successfully fire one electron through a magnetic field, without deflection to the positive or negative side, and previous employees had all failed.
Quickly becoming disheartened, Ralph started experimenting with frequency modulation at home. There is where he succeeded.
Thrilled, Ralph demonstrated this to the company owner who said "Ralph, we're paid ONLY to do research, not to "discover" and Ralph's findings went unreported and filed in drawer 13!
