Creating an Account or not - it is up to YOU  You can browse our websites without creating an account. However, some site functions may be limited in the contents displayed or available to a user who chooses not to register such as "Save for Later," "Address Book" and the other services. It is highly suggested that you create an account so as to take advantage of all the sites extended functions.

Purchase Information  When you make a purchase we collect your name, billing & shipping addresses, payment information so as to complete your order and ship the items where you need them whether as a gift or for yourself.

When you do decide to create an account - the benefits  you can choose to save your billing information in "Your Account." You can also save one or more shipping addresses in your Address Book. You may change or delete this saved information anytime. Simply go to Your Account. Log in with your email address and password, then click "Credit Card Information", "Address Book" or "Change Name, Email & Password" and edit or delete whatever personal information you wish. On our forums you are given the rights to submit new items, view items not available to guest and many other added extras.

Cookies and Computer Information  When you visit us, you will be assigned a permanent "cookie" (a small text file) to be stored on your computer's hard drive. The purpose of the cookie is to identify you when you visit this Site so we can enhance and customize your online shopping experience.  Once you delete this cookie, just visit the site again and log into your account to restore your settings. All violators will be held to the highest extent of the law and prosecuted accordingly. The Little A’Le’Inn, Incorporation holds that all disputes and or legal issues will be settled within the State of Nevada, County of Lincoln, within the United States of America.

Once the user has obtained written permission from Little A'Le'Inn, Inc. or the other copyright holders, the user may copy the Material or items for personal, private noncommercial use, provided the User maintains all copyright information on such Materials and does not alter them in any way, shape or form. Returns  We have a 30 day exchange policy. Before returning any items you must contact us at 1-775-729-2515 or by email at contact@littlealeinn.com.  Please include your order number with returned items so as to expedite the exchange. Any items returned must be sent back prepaid in the same condition as when originally shipped. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Due to recent events we must insist that this be followed without deviation. Items must be returned before any further exchange can be made.

Reservations & Cancellations  If arriving past 8 PM call 1-775-729-2515. We require 24 hours advance notice to cancel  reservations for rooms or RV spaces or we will have to charge you the full amount. This means that we must receive notice by 4 PM Pacific Standard Time the day prior to your reservation in order for you not to be charged. There are only a few rooms and we must enforce this policy so that we do not turn away a paying customer that really has need for overnight lodging. Please call us at 1-775-729-2515 should you need assistance or have any questions regarding this policy.  Special events may have additional or different requirements.

Coupons  Only one coupon per order and it must be used during checkout. You must enter the coupon code during the checkout process in the provided area. Due to recent events we must insist that this procedure be followed in order to receive your discount. To use a second coupon you must place another order. Most coupons are a one time use only. Most coupons will not be allowed on sale items or heavily discounted quantity purchases. Coupon usage is not allow on lodging, however, if combined with other items they will except coupon codes, just no discount is given on the lodging portion of your order. Any questions please email us and we will address the situation accordingly.

Fraud  Placing an order without the intent of payment, using any illegal means of trying to obtain merchandise, or any method utilized to defraud our corporation will be turned over to the proper authorities and handled in accordance with any and all local, state, and federal laws.

Prices & Pictures  We will make every attempt humanly possible to ensure that product prices and pictures represent the product as closely as is possible, and that prices are the correctly indicated. At times the pictures are only a representation of the actual item and do not reflect the actual look, shape, form, or style that is depicted, and substitute items may be provided. We shall not be held liable for any misrepresentations due to price or exactness of depicted items. Mistakes do happen and we ask for your assistance in correcting wrong pricing or items that are not truly representative of the item in which you are purchasing. We are happy to work with anyone on resolving such issues in a manner that is satisfactory to all parties. Please note that the Lodging photos for RVs and Rooms are just representative in nature, not actual depictions. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in this area.

Objectionable Material  First and foremost, we do not post, link to, or advertise with any intent to sites that use pornography, whether it be adult, child, or any other type or nature. This also applies to internet drug sales, pharmacies, or any illegal means or methods that may appear on the internet. We make every attempt at removing any and all links, postings, reviews, or references to such sites, as well as ban their ip addresses, and the person who posted such information. You understand that by using this site, or any services provided on this site, you may encounter content that may be deemed by some to be offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and said content may or may not be identified as such. Please notify us of any situation that may arise on our site that may cause you concern. We will do our level best to ensure this site remains available to all age groups. You agree to use the site and any service at your sole risk and that Little A’Le’Inn shall have no liability to you for any content that may be deemed inappropriate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable. Spam or Spamming  We do not spam others and will not tolerate spamming.
